Left 4 Dead Coming “Late Summer”
Valve’s (and Turtle Rock’s) co-op zombie slayer Left 4 Dead is expected to be in stores late this summer, probably around August. The game was originally meant to be released in the beginning of 2008 on the PC and Xbox 360, but has been delayed for unknown reasons. Valve recently acquired Left 4 Dead and part-time Counter-Strike developer Turtle Rock Studios, which will most likely streamline future development.

I wouldn’t hold your breath on this rumor. Nothing is certain as of now,
but I would like to see Half-life 2 or left 4 dead on the wii! Perhaps a port of Counter-stike from Xbox! Turning Point probably won’t come out on the wii and nither will Assasins Creed or Call of Duty 4! GhostBusters won’t come out on the wii (like Xbox 360 and PS3 versions) instead it is only getting a port of the ps2 Ghostbusters(based on the cartoon episodes, not the movie!)I guess the wii can’t handle good games like Xbox 360 or PS3 can! (mainly cause of Graphics)
Lets face it: since last year only The Godfather,Scarface,Manhunt 2,and this years Bully are the only good games on it! No Gta vice city or San andreas(like ps2 and xbox even though it is about the same as Xbox 1 graphics) Heck not even gta 4. But than again I hear Xbox 360 can bearly handle this kind of game!
Aside from that, way too many Mario games and too many crappy gimmicky games like wii fit or Super mario Galaxy! I’m 28 yrs old. what the fuck I want to play these games for! It is in insult to me that Nintendo doesn’t care about hardcore gamers! It’s funny they are targeting Grandmas and grandpas to play wii. What about the Mature audience? Mature games sell. At least they have made to many Zelda and Metroid games though!

Still waiting on a game from valve software for wii. Posted on feb.26th,2008 a rumor now is left 4 dead! I have counter-strike on xbox and half-life 2 on xbox!
I’m about to buy a 360 and the orange box! The wii doesn’t have many games to offer! Only Mario games! Nintendo is now targeting grand parents and kids from 6-17 year olds! actually I take that back, that would be mature games! 6-13 to be exact! and 60-80 yr olds if you’re that old and want to play bowling a fishing or cooking! I have half-life on Dreamcast though it was never released because it got cancelled at the last minute!(bootleg copy version I have) I like Zelda and Metroid because Nintendo haven’t made too many of them! Finally They got The Godfather and Scarface but they both xbox or ps2 ports from 2 years ago! Both are better than that lame game True Crime streets of LA or NYC! I didn’t like Dead to rights neither. I rather play Max Payne! No Turning point fall of Liberty, Assasins creed, call of Duty 4 or GTA 4! wghat about GTA 3 or vice city for wii? Heck what about GTA San Andreas for wii? I hope Valve announces a wii game. I’m sick of only hearing rumors! Wii may never get a game from Valve! Just Because Doug Lombardi or Gabe Newell say they would love to make a wii game doesn’t mean they are going to! Maybe they haven’t made a game for wii like portal or half-life 2 is because the wii isn’t powerful enough! Remember
it barely came out on the original xbox and it almost got cancelled like the Dreamcast version of Half-life was cancelled! A few good games from third parties ain’t going to cut it anymore. I just hope that the wii doesn’t be another Gamecube. Gamecube lost in the end. Microsoft snagged 2nd place while Sony snagged 1st place. Nintendo 3rd place. Now it’s Microsoft xbox 360 1st place. Nintendo 2nd place and sony 3rd. But that might change for nintendo if they don’t pick up the pace fast. Sony could snag 2nd place.
