GoldenEye For Xbox Live Confirmed, Delayed Indefinitely

After a lot of rumors lately about GoldenEye Nintendo 64 port to Xbox Live, it has finally been confirmed that the game is indeed in development. The bad news is, as rumors suggested, that Microsoft and Nintendo are having difficulties reaching an agreement on licensing issues, and therefore the game is delayed indefinitely, until an agreement is reached.A simple solution would be to let Microsoft get the game on Xbox Live, and Nintendo on the Virtual Console. But big companies have a tendency to complicate everything.

I think that if thise does eventually get released Nintendo will lose out because its likely that they won’t offer any online support where as Microsoft will more than likely support online matches. And which version would fans truely want to play?

  3. Alex Says:

If Nintendo wanted, they could have online support… A lot of upcoming first party wii titles have online multiplayer.

goldeneye and perfect dark have to be put on to live at some point, there are millions of people who would buy this on arcade and they would probably be the most popular live games out there…whatever the money issues are, solve them, because there are going to be a lot points used to purchase these games
