Ness, JigglyPuff and Lucario Included In Brawl

First of all, kudos to Nintendo for actually managing to keep information from us for so long. A part from the occasional rumor with no backing swirling around, the only information we seem to be receiving is what they want us to receive. If you’ve been annoyed that the character announcement rate on the official Dojo had slowed to a halt, fret no further.

A promotional video appearing on the Japanese site, and showing off the sticker functionality, displays a small icon of characters that the stick can be equipped to. The stickers appear to be basically divided into their respective franchises. Ie. The Pokemon franchise or the Pikman franchise. The two that were briefly shown were from the Pokemon universe and Earthbound titles. A screen capture reveals that JigglyPuff, Lucario are indeed included in Brawl, a very satisfying reveal. Also dropped was a Earthbound sticker, which shows the icons of both Lucas and Ness. That’s something that I’m actually pleasantly surprised about. Ness was the one character I was expecting would be dropped for sure.

With these three characters accidently slipped by Nintendo, you can look forward to likely another dozen characters that Nintendo will not be revealing and will remain secrets until leading up to the Japanese street date.
