GTA 4 Delay Caused by PS3 Issues
It seems that what were once “technological problems” are now being directed more towards the PS3. While many guessed that the almost 6 month delay was caused by Sony’s PS3 no official words were there to back it. Now Rockstar’s Jeronimo Barrera has come out and commented on the issue:
It’s really no surprise to anybody that the PS3 was definitely a contributing factor to that. Back then that was something we were taking into account. That’s not to say there’s anything wrong with the PS3 version. It’s awesome. They’re both identical.”
So there you have it, it is now official that PS3’s complex programming platform have caused the delays. But don’t fret, as mentioned in the above quote both PS3 and Xbox360 users will have the same gaming experience come April 29th.
