A new developer has hit the block – Steel Penny Games has revealed itself to the public, announcing its intention to develop digitally distributed titles. It joins the many studios centered on this burgeoning distribution method, including the likes of Wideload, doublesix and Blazing Lizard, among many others.

Formed by ex-Naughty Dog employees Jason Hughes and Andrew Gilmour, the studio is currently working on a puzzle game starring a cat-and-dog duo named Bruiser and Scratch. It will be released sometime later this year on WiiWare.
