Analyst: Spore Delayed?

Here we go again. Analyst Mike Hickey has stated that there is a possibility that Will Wright’s Spore could, if not already, be delayed… again. This time to the second half of ‘08 rather than the current spring release date. His reasoning is that a delay from a high profile title, such as Spore, could be a likely cause of Electronic Arts share being weaker than expected. I find this highly unlikely given that Will wright has said, a few times, that for all intents and purposes it is done and right now is being polished, and polished, and polished. hopefully we hear something at the Game Developers Conference when Spore is shown there, hopefully for the last time.
