Hudson Soft sent out word that internally-developed PSP and DS editions of Dungeon Explorer: Warriors of the Ancient Arts has gone gold and will be shipping to stores on February 12.

The game expands on the original action RPG of the same name which was originally released for the TurboGrafx16. They, however, feature different storylines and character abilities.

The PSP version supports three-person local wireless multiplayer, having players hunt down a legendary kingdom and battle demonic foes. The DS version, on the other hand, is set centuries later and pits gamers against legions of the undead. It also supports three-person online multiplayer as well as local wireless play. Both versions will sell for $30.
