SimCity Societies Invaded by Aliens

SimHeads rejoice, for Gamespy reports on a new patch for SimCity Societies that will add content and additional features to the city simulator. The upcoming update will introduce an UI update, offering new interface elements to help control more complex cities. It also includes a building filter and will improve emergency services management.

The game will, quite humorously, receive a new “Alien Invasion” disaster where aliens will invade the player’s town with their UFOs and blow up random buildings. Finally, the patch is also expected to offer performance enhancements. It should be available next week.
