EA Predicts A Win In ‘08 For PS3

These days it’s a big industry using statistics, trends and probabilities to predict the outcome of everything from the stock market, real estate and sales. EA has predicted that in 2008 the PS3 will come into its own and finally surpass the sales of the Xbox 360. While many are saying it’s no huge jump in logic as the prices have come down, Blu-ray is rising to dominance and many anticipated titles are coming out this year, EA has a limited amount of credibility in the prediction area given their predictions that the Patriots would triumph in this year’s Superbowl. The big contributor will be Europe with sales of the PS3 to be at least double that of the Xbox 360. In the United States the numbers are anticipated to be approximately even for the two consoles.
