Smash Bros. Running Into Dust Problems
Yes, you might have thought dust interrupting your game play was a thing of the past, but apparently not so. While words has been floating around about issues with some of the Japanese releases of Smash Bros. Brawl, the issue isn’t to do with the disc, but actually to do with the Wii itself, where dust build up from smoking and pets. But why just Brawl?
This is the first dual-layer disc to be utilized, and that requires a particularly dust free Wii for the optical sensors to be working up to snuff. Here’s the good news though, unlike other company’s who shall not be named, Nintendo has taken full responsibility, and is taking all consoles for a much needed cleaning, all within one week’s time.
