Blizzard’s Cancelled Games

If the last decade is any indication, Blizard is a company that likes to focus on its cash cows - Starcraft and Warcraft (and a bit of Diablo). Quite surprisingly, it has been found out that the studio had other projects in the making, though many of them have been cancelled.
Speaking at DICE, Mike Morhaime (CEO) and Rob Pardo (Senior VP) revealed a list of games they cancelled due to their commitment to quality and gameplay above all else. Here’s the list:
- Games People Play
- Crixa
- Shattered Nations
- Pax Imperia
- Denizen
- Warcraft Adventures
- Nomad
- Raiko
Interestingly, the list above doesn’t include Starcraft Ghost, meaning that the title might be out there somewhere, biding its time.
