And the money continues to pour right in for Epic, creators of the Unreal 3 Engine. Despite their problems with Silicon Knights in the current lawsuit, that doesn’t seem to be stopping other developers from picking up the engine in troves. 2K games will be using the engine from unannounced titles in the future, so keep a peeled eye for those hopefully gorgeous looking titles. Both 2K games developers and Mark Rein, Epic’s president, seem very positive about the new relationship. I say let 2K Boston get their hands on the engine and create some more awesome looking projects in the vein of Bioshock.
