PS3 Sales Reach 1 Million In The UK

Sony has revealed that the PlayStation 3 has sold over 1 million units in the United Kingdom. The console was released in the UK on March 23 last year, and has sold over a million units within a year, despite being prices far higher than in the US and Japan. It took the PS3 50 weeks to reach that mark, while the Xbox 360 did it in 60 weeks, and Nintendo’s Wii did it in a record 38 weeks.
