February 14th, 2008 by Rajiv Ashrafi in News, PC, Software

switchbladelogo.jpgSwitchBlade, the software that brings controller support to many PC games, has received an extensive update, enabling support for more games. Some of the new titles are Guild Wars, Hellgate: London and Half-Life 2. The company’s flagship title, World of Warcraft, has also received class-specific schemes and other improvements.

“Today’s release is a huge step toward realizing our ultimate goal with SwitchBlade, which is full-featured controller support for the most exciting PC games,” said Aaron Levin, Vice President of Business Development for Blue Orb. “We want to give gamers new options for how to play their favorite PC games - we’re starting by bringing the console experience to a few key PC titles today, but just wait for the rest of 2008.”

It is available as a free download from the maker’s website, FileFront, FilePlanet and other respectable download sites.
