Xbox 360 is Left 4 Dead
The March issue of the Official Xbox Magazine carries Left 4 Dead on its cover, revealing the existence of a Xbox 360 version of the multiplayer game. Word is that development on the PC version is already at an advanced state, but that both PC and Xbox 360 versions will be released side by side.
The game will feature two player split-screen on the console, including four-player and eight player co-op, 4-on-4 versus matches via Xbox Live. It is being hangled by Certain Affinity, an Austin based studio which has previously worked on Halo 2’s Blastacular map pack.
It can also be noted that there will be no PS3 edition. Left 4 Dead is set for release later this year.
