Gears Of War 2 Announced, Coming Nov. 2008

As expected, and rumored, Microsoft and Epic have announced Gears of War 2 at the Game Developer’s Convention. Lead designer CliffyB told the press that the first game “introduced the characters and the game mechanics”, the sequel will be bigger and better. He also promised a November 2008 launch date. Looks like it’s going to be a big battle between Gears 2 on the Xbox 360 and Killzone 2 on the PS3 this November. We can’t wait.
