saga-logo.jpgSilverlode Interactive sends word that their subscription-free MMORTS Saga has entered open beta testing. All players who sign up at the game’s official website will receive accounts, allowing them to create nations on the beta servers. All game features will be unlocked and available to testers for the duration of the beta test.

Those who wish to continue once the beta concludes will have to shell out $20 for the game; however, promotions will be available during the open beta period to purchase the full version at a reduced price.

Saga is expected to support up to 20,000 players per realm with thousands of simultaneous users. If you wish to stress test the game, go ahead.
