Warhawk Second Expansion Detailed

The upcoming Warhawk expansion has been detailed by Sony. Dubbed Operation: Broken Mirror, the expansion is in development at SCEA Santa Monica and will add a new vehicle - the Armored Personnel Carrier, which is capable of both transporting troops and spawning reinforcements. It will also include the Vaporfield Glacier map, which is spread out over seven arenas, letting players take advantage of the APC’s infiltration abilities in a frosty environment.

There are also a few other extras that will be added to the game prior to the release of the expansion - the knife-replacing wrench and Bio Field Generator. The wrench will act as a melee weapon and vehicle repairing utility, while the Bio Field Generator is deployed as a sticky proximity mine, regenerating teammates while simultaneously damaging enemies.

Broken Mirror is set for release this April and is expected to sell for $7.99.
