EA Executive Now LucasArts Prez
April 3rd, 2008 by Rajiv Ashrafi in Business, News, PC
Seems like no one wants to work at EA, or maybe they just don’t get paid enough. I don’t know. Maybe I should ask EA LA operating chief Darrell Rodriguez who has been appointed president of LucasArts, as announced by the company today.
The announcement follows the departure of former head honcho Jim Ward, who cited personal reasons for not wanting to work at the company. Prior to EA, Rodriguez served in the companies EarthLink and the Walt Disney Internet Group. Interestingly, his resume includes titles such as Command & Conquer 3 and Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-earth 2.
Rodriguez will take up his position in LucasArts starting this month.
