Wii shovelware. Terrible video games created from movies. Poorly-made sequels intended to cash in on devoted fans. Awesome looking games that turn out to be completely terrible. There are many crimes perpetrated against gamers every year. By far the worst however is the continual work of German filmmaker Uwe Boll. Despite his assertions that he makes ‘genre films’ that aren’t designed for critics, even fans of the genres shudder at the mere thought of them. If boxing isn’t your thing, here’s your chance to put an end to his career. There’s an online petition for him to stop creating films and apparently if it hits a million signatures, he’s said that he’ll bow to public demand and cease.
