This week’s release list is bare, with a certain little game called GTA 4 due out in a couple of hours. Seeing as how even Hollywood is scared of that game, Nintendo was brave enough to release just one title on the Virtual Console service: Double Dragon.

Originally released for the NES, the classic beat-em-up game has players beating up gangsters in city streets, buildings, jungles, temples and various other locations to rescue the main character’s girlfriend. A variety of fighting techniques are present in the game, unlocking more powerful moves to use against enemies. The game is already available for 500 Wii points.
