Peripheral maker Qmotions has announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with Microsoft to create a new line of wireless “full motion game controllers” for the Xbox 360, starting with a full size skateboard controller.
The company has licensed the proprietary Xbox 360 wireless technology for use in the skateboard controller, which is said to be compatible with a number of current skateboarding titles. According to their announcement, the peripheral, along with others in the pipeline, will bear an official Microsoft endorsement.
Qmotions has previously developed a range of motion-based controllers for the PC, including a baseball simulator.
