South Park DVD to Include Rock Band DLC

SOuthPARK1 The upcoming release of South Park – The Complete 11th Season on DVD will include downloadable content for Rock Band, though further details weren’t provided. This comes from TVShowsonDVD.com, which claims that marketing materials sent to retailers includes word that “every DVD will include a 3-song download pack for the MTV Games sensation Rock Band.”

It is not known if songs from the show will be the DLC or not. One song from South Park is featured in the game as a bonus – Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld. Interestingly, the show also mocks instrument-based games such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band in its eleventh season.

It will be very interesting to know what those songs will be.
