Exclusive GTA 4 DLC "Not Possible" on PS3
While Sony may want the exclusive GTA 4 downloadable content for their platform, Microsoft simply states that it won’t be possible. Speaking in an interview, Aaron Greenberg, director of product management for the Xbox division, remarked that “it’s not possible” for the exclusive Xbox 360 DLC to appear on the PS3, noting that it might be “wishful thinking on their end,” referring to none other than Sony.
If you don’t remember, Microsoft spent around $50 million to secure the exclusive rights to the downloadable content, which are being referred to as ‘episodes’ by the developers. If the content appeared on the PS3, it would be a major contract breaker, but there may still be hope for PS3 gamers, as new items like cars and weapons might be made available for the console. However, nothing has been announced yet, and everything you read until an official statement are nothing but speculation.

idiot its been comfirmed that ps3 is getting DLC for gta 4 just not the 2 exclusive ones which are what 3 missions?

I reckon Rockstar sold out with just allowing Microsoft the GTA 4 DLC, even if it may just be a timed exclusive its still a slap in the face to PS3 and GTA series fans. I guess in the end it all came down to profit.

PS. Microsoft has always been greedy, stubborn well thats what it sounds like above, “it won’t be possible” $50 mil exclusive deal, pfft $50 million spent on DLC haha, I guess Microsoft just wanted to slap Sony in the face since they are losing the console war. haha

Let me just say this: MICROSOFT DESERVE THIER MONEY BACK! They are such n00bz for making the exclusivity deal with Rockstar! They really DO deserve thier $50,000,000 back to them so us PS3 owners can play the dlc episodes! Don’t agree with me? Report back so I can know!
