prince2 Citing the new issue of GameInformer, Kotaku reported the upcoming Prince of Persia game to be titled Prince of Persia: Heir Apparent. While that may sound like a ludicrous name, it was reported to be original… up until now.

This post on Ubisoft’s Prince of Persia forum reveals that the “Heir Apparent” title was a mistake on GameInformer’s part and that it is only the title of the article itself and not the game.

The post notes that the official name of the game is yet to be revealed.
