Age of Conan DX10 Delayed

Funcom was proud to mention that Age of Conan game was doing pretty well at retail; the company’s press release had a less-than-prominent note that the DirectX 10 edition of the MMORPG had been delayed.
The company has decided only to ship the DirectX 9 version at launch, giving the development team more time to focus on building a DirectX 10 version that is good enough for gamers. Apparently, this is also great news for gamers as the studio will include even more features in the DX10 version than was originally planned.
Funcom notes that the DX10 version will be premiered at the German Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany this August. A special preview will also be shown at NVIDIA’s NVISION event in California.
