Sam & Max Hitting Wii This August
Publisher Dreamcatcher Interactive has announced that the Wii version of Sam & Max Season One will hit stores this August. The retail version will contain all six installments that were incrementally released on the PC across late 2006 and early 2007, with a full season box hitting stores for PC soon after. Season two will conclude on PC later this month.
The new series follows the exploits of dog detective Sam and bunny Max, both of whom are freelance police officers. It is based on the work of Steve Purcell, who also gave birth to classic adventure title Sam & Max Hit the Road as well as an animated series in the early ‘90s.
