Saints Row 2 Gets Delayed

In a very smart move made by THQ, Saints Row 2 has been pushed back to October 14th. Why you ask? Well because people are still playing GTA 4, of course.
Striking a close resemblance to Rockstar’s GTA 4, Saints Row 2 is sure to be GTA 4’s most valid competitor. While it’s unlikely that Saints Row 2 will harm the sales of Rockstar’s much hyped game, the flip side made be true.
I mean, why buy a knock-off of a game when you can just have the real thing, right? Well, THQ has made note of this stating marketing issues and product quality as their reasons for delay. Fret not though, as these additional months will give THQ nothing more than additional time to tweak, and improve the game to get it ready for public release.
Will THQ’s Saints Row 2 beat out Rockstar’s 10/10 GTA 4? Only October 14th holds the answer to that question.
