Konami Places Restriction on Journalists Reviewing MGS 4

Engadget, citing MTV Multiplayer, is reporting that Konami has placed some odd restrictions on those who are reviewing Metal Gear Solid 4 for print publications – avoid discussing the game’s installation and the length of the cut-scenes.
The site notes that a 4.5GB mandatory installation is listed on the box itself, making the whole point of secrecy moot. However, cut-scenes may be another issue, as IGN’s review states that the total length of the in-game movies “encompass about half the game’s content,” throwing into doubt just how long the game itself is. Reviews have already started coming in, and while the buzz is great, the length of cut-scenes remain undiscussed.
We won’t have to wait too long to find out, however, as the game ships exclusively on the PS3 on June 12.
