Before you dance around in glee, I remind you that a key word in the headling of this story is ’suggestion’.
According to often despised lawyer Jack Thompson in emails he’s been circulating today, the referee of his trial is suggesting that the mere ten years of disbarrment the Florida Bar suggested isn’t enough. Mr. Thompson is being called out on up to thirty-one counts of professional misconduct. Judge Dava Tunis who presided at a hearing in June which Thompson stormed out of suggested that he be found guilty on 27 of 31 counts. The final decision will be left up to the Supreme Court but much of their decision will be based on the recommendation of Judge Tunis. GamePolitics is currently working to investigate the claims of Mr. Thompson.

1I forget who said it, but I am sincerely worried that once Thompson is gone there will arise a lawyer with as much fevered dedication but a sellable suave image the public will buy.
