Duke Nukem 3D XBLA Details
There have been rumors of Duke Nukem 3D hitting Xbox Live Arcade sometime soon, but Hexus has confirmed the release, adding additional information for us all to see and believe.
The site reports that the game will include at least 39 levels of action, along with the return of the Pipe Bomb as well as the Shrink Ray and Freezer.
Xbox Live leaderboard support will be featured, letting players upload their scores for all to see. There is also the “painless death system” that will allow you to rewind the play back to “pretty much any point in the last few minutes to play.” This will reportedly tie in with the new User Clip system which will allow you to record, upload and share favorite Duke moments. Multiplayer will also be present, offering cooperative modes and up to 8-player deathmatch.
No release date is known at the moment.
