EA showed off Mirror’s Edge, its upcoming first-person action-adventure game from EA DICE.
While the demonstration was identical to the one shown at GDC, there was one difference: it was a PS3 version, instead of the original Xbox 360 version.
Putting that aside, the demo showed off reaction time, which can be used to make jumps and pull off more advanced combat moves. In fact, the company proudly boasted that “you can beat the whole game without firing a single bullet,” noting that the feat will be one of the game’s many achievements.
Mirror’s Edge is due out on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
