Lost Planet Movie Confirmed, Hayter Penning

Confirming our report from last week, Variety reports that Warner Brothers and Capcom are teaming up for a movie based on the sci-fi action game Lost Planet.
The screenplay, as reported earlier, will be penned by David Hayter, who is best known as the voice actor for Solid Snake; he is also credited for X-Men 1 and 2 and Watchmen screenplays.
Capcom is expected to contribute to the financing of the movie.

LOST PLANET AND DARKSTALKERS MOVIES.
Capcom will work on film adaptation of their games Lost Planet,Warner Bros will make the movie based on Lost Planet with David Hayter to write the script,no cast and director yet.
Capcom is also working Street Fighter with Hyde Park Entertainment and a film adaptation of Onimusha with Davis Films and other Japanese production companies,
Onimusha creator Keiji Inafune,Shin Yoshida and John Collee will write the script to follow the Onimusha Warlords storyline.
Capcom will make more movies in future as they would work with Mortal Kombat producer Lawrence Kasanoff and Threshold Entertainment on Darkstalkers movies.
Darkstalkers movie will have a arrange of techno music by Ben Watkins of Juno Reactor and Jonathan Sloate.
