Tomb Raider Underworld Gets Date

Eidos has announced that Tomb Raider: Underworld, the next game in the long-running tomb raiding franchise, will be released in North America on November 18, with an European release three days later.
The game is in development at Crystal Dynamics, the studio behind Legend, the critically acclaimed entry that revitalized interest in the ailing franchise.
Underworld is in development for PC, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and DS.

2my pc’s requirement is -
intel pentium D 3.0 GHz
2.5 GB DDR2 800
gigabyte nvidia geforce 8600gt 512mb
can i run this game in my pc with more than 40 fps ???
or, i will need to buy nvidia geforce 8800 768mb ???
