Karateka Being Revived

July 28th, 2008 Posted in Action, PC, PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360 by Rajiv Ashrafi

karateka Prince of Persia creator Jordan Mechner revealed during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con that his other project Karateka is being revived.

“It’s a project I’m going to be involved in,” he said. “I can safely say it’s not going to be in the way you expect.”

He confirmed that the project will indeed be a videogame, but would talk no further. Released back in 1984, the game featured fluid animation similar to those found in Prince of Persia, which came out much later in 1989.
