Nintendo has updated it’s Wii Shop Channel with 3 (2 old and 1 new) titles today.

First up is Splatter House 2 at 800 Wii Points. Originally making its debut on the Sega Genesis as a violent hack n’ slash side scroller in which the player takes control of the games protagonist Rick as he makes his way through various levels full of out of this world baddies and bosses to boot. It is also worth noting that Splatter House 2 will be the Virtual Console’s first M rated title.

Next is a true classic, Sonic the Hedgehog for 500 Wii Points. Also makings it debut on the Sega Genesis, the Virtual Console port will include new stages, zones, bosses, and a unique level map.

Last but not least is Wild West Guns for 1,000 Wii Points. A WiiWare title unlike the previously two mentioned Virtual Console titles, Wild West Guns allows players to use the Wiimote as a light gun and take aim at a whole array of different targets like armed robbers, vultures, balloons, and even flying sombreros. Featuring 6 levels and 2 difficulties with 3 challenges per level, Wild West Guns is a nice arcade style addition to the Shop Channel’s line up. Oh, incase you were wondering, the game will have full support for the Wii Zapper.
