Take-Two, EA Enter Talks Again

Following months of back and forth and threat of a hostile takeover, publishers Take-Two and EA are now holding private meetings on the subject of a possible acquisition, announced EA.
The fresh round of dialog suggests that both companies are working together to create a deal that satisfies both parties.
EA originally wanted to buy Take-Two outright in February for a cool $2 billion. However, Take-Two declined the offer and has fought EA who wanted to do a hostile takeover of the GTA publisher.
