Eurogamer reports that the US public beta for SOCOM: Confrontation has been pushed back a “few days” to September 5. Those getting in through Qore will get access a week later on September 12.
Sony asserts that the mid-October US release date is still intact, noting that the public beta will run for a full month so that people can get enough practice pre-launch.
Meanwhile, Eurogamer notes that the company is yet to set a release date for the European release of the game.
