Fallout 3 DLC To Add Hours Of Gameplay

Sometimes downloadable content just doesn’t give you enough bang for your buck. Even a few dollars can seem like too much when you’re merely getting an extra quest or two that might take about half an hour to complete. Bethesda is planning on avoiding that problem when it comes to DLC for Fallout 3. In addition to the already epic content with multiple endings that’ll require several play-throughs to see them all they plan on making the DLC robust and require a decent length of time to get through.

They compared it to the expansion packs released for their previous big RPG, Oblivion. Both the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions added a lot of extra material to the game, so you can certainly expect similar amounts for the sci-fi RPG. There’s no official timeline on when we can expect it (although they’ve got plenty of time to work on it since the title isn’t even out yet), but word is that people at Bethesda are already toying with what the DLC could be.
