Mind you I really hate Sony, but the 360 uses a proprietary expensive HDD while the PS3 lets you attach any. This means you can get huge storage space for the PS3, which means the ability to store more HD content. Then there's the matter of DRM, which could kill wide spread adoption of HD movie downloads.
