Street Fighter Movie Release Date Confirmed

It was confirmed today that we’ll be checking out Chun Li’s muscular thighs in February 2009 when Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li hits film theaters nationwide. This comes from Capcom’s annual 2008 report.

The film launches in close proximity to Street Fighter 4, the upcoming highly anticipated beat ‘em up, which is set for release on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 by March 31, 2009.

Legend of Chun Li stars Kristin Kreuk, Michael Clark Duncan and Neal McDonough, among others. Surprisingly, it won’t feature series regulars Ken and Ryu.
