Soon, the PC will run your entire entertainment system providing a single source for TV, Movies, Music, gaming, web surfing and computing. I give the gaming console 5 more years at most and then they'll fade into oblivion. Then ALL games will be PC based. PS3 is still isn't hack yet. The Wii takes good skills at soldering mod chips and etc (which most people don't want to do, the 360 is a risk too if you flash the drive wrong *which a lot of people don't understand * it's tougher. Where as PC, all you have to do is go to RS or Torrents or Newzgroups and download the iso. Get a virtual drive, key and then go to a site (most of the time) the download comes with the key and crack. You just install the game with the V'Drive and put the crack in the main folder. Now, that's a lot easier (most of the time : No Risk) then opening up a console (which most people don't like) and soldering chips, then putting cables to the drive and etc. The PC is far easier to pirate then consoles, also they're more console gamers = cheaper = more people = very few know how to do it = who cares about them? Where as PC is more for the middle class - High Class gamers with a good income. It cost money to buy 300-500 cards, 200-300 processors, 100-200 memory and etc. So with fewer pc gamers and etc and having a good share of them pirating single player games like Gears of War 2 is known for, well they have a valid point.
