Stop the Press: 50 Cent Game Revived by THQ

October 13th, 2008 Posted in Action, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 by Rajiv Ashrafi

blood-on-the-sand I had heard someone threw a really wild party following word that the 50 Cent game sequel had been dropped due to the Activision/Vivendi merger. Those who partied hard will be sad to know that there are other evil publishers out there hell bent on ruining the gaming industry as we know it.

That other evil publisher is none other than THQ, the harbinger of such games as Spongebob Squarepants and Nancy Drew. Oh, the horror! The Australian Classification Board has put up an entry for the 50 Cent: Blood in the Sand sequel, noting it to be published by THQ.

The game, as one can expect, was given the highest rating of MA 15+ in the country. But then again, Fifty was never known for riding ponies or picking flowers.
