THQ Picks Up 50 Cent Game
After Activision’s merger many games that were under development with Vivendi got dropped. A few games have been picked up here or there by various publishers and THQ has joined in on the act. They’ve snatched up the sequel to the lackluster 50 Cent: Bulletproof. The hip-hop artist with a notorious history of violence managed to sell several million copies of the title despite its low review scores.
Many might be questioning this decision but given the fact that the original title did turn a profit solely based on fans of 50 Cent coupled with the fact that the sequel, 50 Cent: Blood in the Sand actually looks like a fairly good, if generic, shooter.
It looks like the developers might be making an attempt at including a storyline of some complexity. Reportedly there are 112 minutes of cutscenes in the title,
