Exclusive SC IV Characters No Longer Exclusive

October 17th, 2008 Posted in Action, News, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360

If you’ve been wondering how long it’d be before you could fill that last empty gray space on your Soul Calibur IV player roster, it won’t be too long now. Namco Bandai announced today that (as everyone knew) the formerly console-exclusive Star Wars characters will be available for download.

Unfortunatley right now it’s only available in Japan, but Xbox 360 owners will be able to download the menacing presence of Darth Vader for 400 Microsoft points, about 600 yen. PS3 owners can get their hands on the diminutive yet powerful Yoda for the same price. Both characters become available starting October 23rd. There’s no word yet on when they’ll be available to the rest of the world.
