Ubisoft Planning Tom Clancy Mega Game?

img_45 The Tom Clancy franchise has been very profitable for Ubisoft so far, with blockbuster series such as Splinter Cell and GRAW raking in big money for the French company. Ubisoft now plans on converging and forming one consistent universe with games that will interact in each other, according to a recent interview.

"In [later] versions [of Clancy games] you’ll find, say, missions generated in the next Ghost Recon (presumably GRAW 3) affecting the world map in the next EndWar (presumably EndWar 2)," said EndWar programmer Vinh-Dieu Lam.

Lam additionally notes that EndWar, the upcoming Tom Clancy RTS, acts as a “basis for future tie-ins”.

Ubisoft confirmed earlier this year that it was working on a Tom Clancy MMO; it is not clear whether Lam was referring to it or not.
