A word of warning to those who, like me, are sitting at their desks, thumbs twitching furiously and calling their local gaming store to make sure they’ve still got copies of Fable 2 in stock every five minutes. If you’re planning on picking up a copy of the limited edition, salivating over the extra content, you might be out of luck.
Reportedly some copies of the limited edition are coming without the cards enabling players to download the exclusive content promised them. Look for an orange “48 Hours of Live” on the box as copies without it are the ones that lack the cards.
Microsoft has announced that they are to blame for this slip-up and is working on a plan to get the replacement cards to those who need them by October 28th.
