Blizzard Releasing CD Of Music From Flagship Titles
You’re a Blizzard junkie- every morning you roll out of bed, slip on your fuzzy Zergling slippers, pour some coffee into a Diablo mug and settle down for a few minutes of WoW before work. On your commute in you start to feel the itch that means only one thing: withdrawal is setting in. You pull out your Orc bobblehead and stick it back up on your dashboard. Disaster is averted for the time being, but work poses a significant threat. You can’t get away with gaming at work and some religious fanatics took offense at your Diablo plush toy. What can you do?
If you’ve got a job that doesn’t mind you listening to music as you slave away, you can pick up the CD Blizzard is releasing in cooperation with the gaming music veterans Australias’ Eminence Symphony Orchestra. The disc will feature re-arranged songs from both past games and upcoming ones including Diablo, Starcraft, World of Warcraft, Diablo III and more. There will be two versions: the first is the bare-bones double disc set if you just want the incredible tunes. The second, the Legendary Edition is for the collectible fans, featuring art cards, a booklet and a ‘making of’ documentary on DVD. The Legendary Edition releases on November 1st, the standard edition on November 22nd.
