Left 4 Dead First to Support Steam Cloud
Valve today announced that Left 4 Dead, its cooperative zombie shooter, will e the first game to support its free Steam Cloud technology, which automatically stores game settings online.
Initially Steam Cloud will store keyboard, mouse and gamepad configurations, along with multiplayer settings such as spraypaint images, on Steam. This will allow gamers to get their settings when using a PC connected to Steam. The initial release won’t store saved games, though, as it is still in the making.
Left 4 Dead is due out on PC and Xbox 360 on November 18.
