If you can’t wait and you’re willing to risk getting banned from Xbox live all you need to do is find the right torrent site and get yourself a USB drive. The files for the NXE have been leaked and are making their rounds on the internet.
Larry Hryb A.K.A. Major Nelson has been threatening that anyone who installs it before the launch date who isn’t part of the Preview Program will be banned from Xbox Live.
